So my meal planning actually hasn’t been going too badly. Now that I’ve got my fruit and vegetables being delivered and I did a meat shop over the weekend I am all set to use up some more bits and pieces from my pantry over the next month but first I need to make some room in my freezer.
Monday – Chicken souvlaki (home made)
Tuesday – Beef wagyu sausages (that I got marked down) with mashed potato and frozen vegetables
Wednesday – Chicken rolled with mint and orange sauce, served with rice
Thursday – Beef massaman curry (from the freezer – cooked last fortnight)
Friday – Chicken burritos
Saturday – Beef stir fry (from the freezer – cooked last fortnight)
Sunday – Mothers Day so Lamb Roast
